I'm lucky to live just around the corner from Butcher Block so I can get a fresh supply of delicious sausage as well as steaks, stuffed pork chops, stuffed chickens, etc. My favorites are the Italian sausage and the boudin (just the right cajun spice), but everything I've tried from Butcher Block is fabulous.
