I showed the lady 2 pictures of what I wanted. One was a bang style, the other was layers in the back. I told her I wanted my bangs exactly like the picture and then the layers like in the other picture. The other picture had shorter hair in the back but I specifically told her I didn't want my hair that short. I wanted slightly below chin length with layers in the back and straight bangs. Well, I ended up with shaved hair in the back and some layers. And the front was a complete mess! Even if she were trying to copy the pictures I gave her it would've been a failure. It seriously looked like a little kid chopped my hair up. I was so upset I almost cried. Then when I told her I didn't like it she went for her scissors and was about to "fix" it. I told her I didn't want her to touch my hair. So she got the manager who attempted to fix it. Well I get home and my bangs are still a mess. The cut was free along with a product and the next cut is free. But I'm so depressed I'm buying a wig.

Wow, the worst hair cut I have had in years. They don t know the difference between a fade and a taper!!!!!! They said they did and then shaved off my son s sideburns way above the ears!!!!! I said I wasn t happy but got to pay for it anyway. My haircut was even worse because they refused to clip around the ears and the hair is still long. I asked her twice to do it but still got long hair and need to go somewhere else to have them finish my haircut. Look it up, ladies, the difference between a fade and a taper. A fade is a short taper taking out the side burns. I never asked to have the sideburn shaved off. What is wrong with you people????

Well, I have been going for about 3 years now. And only because they have one cutter that can do a good job. Management is a sham, phone is rarely answered, which is important to me ,as I travel 15 miles and like to plan the trip around the cutter being there. Would I recommend them, NO.

I wish I had checked here first. I know the woman has my skin and probably blood under her nails the way she scrubbed my head. Then before she cut I stressed three times that my hair shrinks up a lot when it dries. I said I wanted a long layered bilevel bob with a slight lay on my shoulders when dry. It was an inch above my shoulders while wet when she was done. It is lopsided, with some top layers longer than the bottom, and my husband had to cut several long strands that were missed in back. Worst of all its angled toward my face but falls so that my head looks like a basketball. All she really had to do was follow the previous cut. Its pathetic. If you have to choose between here and having a drunk friend cut it, pay the friend.
The woman in the chair next to me left looking like a 'before picture' on a make over show so it wasn't just my stylist.
