      General Info
      I have worked in public accounting since 2000. I began my career at Deloitte and Touche where I worked as a Tax Consultant. During this time I primarily served large private and public companies operating in a variety of industries, but I also gained considerable experience working with high net worth individuals. After leaving Deloitte; I worked for another 2 years at a local CPA firm where I spent the majority of my time serving small and medium size businesses and learning the nuts and bolts of how these businesses operated and the needs of their owners. I began practicing on my own in 2005 and have continued to serve business owners in a variety of capacities. I always try to be proactive with my clients in developing strategies that minimize tax liabilities to the fullest extent available under the law. In addition to tax consulting and preparation; I have also assisted clients in a number of additional facilities including: entity choice, cash management, inventory optimization and financing options. It is my goal to be a partner and an advisor to the business owner. I believe that communicating with the client throughout the year is vital to formulating and implementing a successful strategy. To encourage client communication; I typically bill on a value basis instead of billing hourly. I want clients to seek my advice without fear of receiving additional invoices every time they call with a question. I find that some of the most costly errors that clients make could have been avoided if they had made a quick phone call during the year.
