The company s services include crushed quarry rock, excavation, underground utilities, asphalt paving and more. Located in Terrebonne, Ore., it has two asphalt plants and one portable asphalt plant. High Desert Aggregate & Paving Inc. is a member of Oregon Department of Transportation, Associated General Contractors, Asphalt Pavement Association of Oregon and FHA-Western Federal Lands Highway Division.
