unorganized, unprofessional, arrogant, only return calls when they decide to,not based on how many times you call and for what reason. You can litterally spend hours in the office without seeing the so called Doctor! Very odd office atmosphere, lots of strange goings on, people asking permission to go out and have a smoke while they wait, there are no rehab facilities so one wonders what is the point in going to this office other than meds? The receptionist is very cold and distant. When the phone rings she has a caller ID device she looks into and then writes down the number of the caller. All this despite the fact that she is not busy or interacting with anyone. Almost like a screening process! Would not recommend this office yo any ligitimate patient!!!!!
