Erney fixed my Liberty Safe (bad S&G lock) , works perfect now, was very professional, took only and hour and a half, recommend them 100%

Erney Safe & Lock CO Inc Deadbolt installations... Man came to install deadbolts in garage and rear door. Totally unprofessional work. Was going to leave without installing strike plate because he didnt have right tool with him. He said it would be ok withoout it. I lent my tool so it could be done right. Left room a mess, saw dust, packaging, wood chips etc. on floor and door way. Said he couldn't clean up because he didn't have vac. Strike plate wrong on garage lock, not flush with jam. He said it would be ok. Could not lock both locks on garage door. He said it was fault of current lock that we never had a problem locking before. Wanted payment on the spot. Told him we would call office and discuss with them, he became upset and defensive. He seemed like a nice kid, but obviously was not trained for job. Paid him just so he wouldn't get further upset. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!
