This is a mixed review. First of all the employees are helpfull and a pleasure to deal with. However I am somewhat dissapointed with the service and just because they call themselves speedy, that is in name only. I was orginally told the turnaround time on some letterhead and envelopes would be one week. I did not recieve a proof for one week... I was told at that point another week. I was promised tuesday, then again wednesday. On wednesday I was told thursday. On thursday my letterhead was done but I was told friday for envelopes. I would suggest from my experiance to take they're e.t.a. dates and add two weeks and save your self phone calls and gas. I am happy with the printing but very dissatisfied with the estimated done dates. Total: 17 days for 1000 letterhead and envelopes.
