Come see what over 180 members are doing to experience fantastic results and have a great time in the process. If you are new to CrossFit, prepare yourself for a new way to workout! All classes are scheduled, group workouts, but each day is different, intense, and fun. Every workout is scalable to all ages and ability levels. We are family owned/operated and look forward to having you join our CrossFit family! Try our 6-week Start-Up Program or come for our FREE class every Saturday at 9am. We've only been open since December 2012, but we are soon to be Palm Beach County's Largest CrossFit box! We are tripling our size from 4000 sq ft to 12000 sq ft. in October 2013!
