I tried to order my wedding cake from this place and the person who said she was the owner conducted herself in such a manner that I was embarrassed to say that I even considered doing business with her. She talked me like I was so stupid and instead of letting me think it over she tried to rush me to make a decision and said I would charged $25.00 for wasting her time. This is this biggest day of my life, could she NOT understand this. What is wrong with this woman??? The manager acted like she ws scared of her. Waste of time with this place.

I ordered a 2 cakes from this bakery with roses, it was very specific as to what was needed on the cake, when I picked up the cakes there were no roses, the manager said they did not do roses. NEVER heard of this from a bakery. When the owner came up to me, she YELLED at me telling me that she had been up since 6am and did not have time for me. I tried to explain what I had requested and she said she didn't care and to pay for the cake and leave. The owner who is who took my call and told me they could do roses. The theme of the party was roses and I was very specific when I made the order with the manager. After pulling teeth they fixed the cake for the party but the overall outcome of experience, I would NEVER use them again after the owner treated me like literal poo. The owner should be ashamed of herself for her behavior and the manager for lieing and messing up and not admitting her mistake. Two other employees acted more professional, I praise them for having to work with them
The petite fours are out of this world; dreamy, delicate, light and Mary Poppins perfect.
