General Info
WELCOME TO THE POINT!! Being new in any environment can be a little unsettling. Even if we have been in church all of our life, every church does something different. So with that in mind, here some information about us that will help give you an idea of who we are, what to expect, and what we believe. WHO TO EXPECT We are men, women, children, plumbers, electricians, businessmen and women, students, teachers, motorcycle riders, athletes, artists, young, and old, but most of all we are family. PRAISE & WORSHIP Worship can be a time of intimacy with the Lord. The lights are dimmed in the sanctuary during praise and worship to hopefully help make that time more one on one with the Father. Many times, prayer for people or prophetic words will come forth during this time. All subject to the pastors and elders to judge, for the protection of all. The Altar is open during every praise and worship time to give you an opportunity to dance before the Lord, kneel at the altar, or join fellow worshipers to unite in heart about our love for Jesus, Holy Spirit, and Heavenly Father. WHAT WE BELIEVE It is our desire to create disciple making communities. We do this through reaching people, teaching them to love and serve Jesus, and sending them to reach, teach, and send others. We also understand that it is important to share what we believe as it is the vine we are attached to.
