Ok, EVERY FRIKKIN TIME I GO TO THIS RADIOSHACK, THE SAME WOMAN IS AN IDIOT! THEY COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIND MY ACCOUNT FOR 30 MINUTES!!!!! Then they told to go over to the tmobile next door and get the account number. i did. on the way back to the radioshack, they were like, oh! after we played around with it, we found it! and they laughed it off. And the last time I was there, they told I could have a phone for FREE WITH NO FEES! And now they're telling me I have to pay $21 for the activation and upgrade fee!! CASH ONLY!!!! They're confusing as hell and that one woman had no idea WHAT THE HECK SHE WAS DOING!!!!!!!!! I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEM EVERYTIME I GO THERE!!!!!!!
