I ordered plywood and a large expensive ladder to be delivered. The delivery guy didn't show up on the day he was supposed to, never called, and when I tried finding out over the telephone next day the status of my order I was shuttled to two places where the phone just rang and rang. Ultimately the phone system just hung up on me. I had to drive back to the store to cancel my order.

Every experience here has been a pleasure.. I recently went to another store because I was passing it. The service there reminded me why I go to Loews!
