I cannot thank Dr. Fossum and ...

I cannot thank Dr. Fossum and staff member Danya enough for their kindness, generosity and flexibility. Danya took care of most of my dental work during my visits. She was very down to earth, knowledgeable, gentle and caring person. Again, I cannot express my gratitude to her enough! She's really awesome. The staff members in general are very friendly and attentive. The building (which is spotless) is beautifully decorated. They have the most advanced technological equipment that I have ever seen in a dentist's office; very high tech and professional.



The staff at Richard Fossum's office genuinely care about the health of their patients. I can say this with absolute certainty because this was my experience with them. I will continue to allow them to take care all of my dental needs in the future. Furthermore, I would recommend them to anyone without question.

I'll give them credit for being thorough on the number of X-Rays they take (12 + a panoramic!!!) and all the fancy high-tech equipment, but you only get to see the actual dentist for about 2 minutes. The rest of the work is relegated to hygienists. Staff and the young doc were nice enough (a bit snooty perhaps), but (and maybe it's just me) I felt like they were running patients through to meet a quota (maybe to pay for all that equipment?). I also felt a bit harassed since I don't appreciate the wonders of the poisonous chemical known as fluoride. My previous dentist was also young but very personal and did all the work himself so maybe I'm a bit spoiled. He also (but unofficially so he wouldn't lose his license) agreed with me on the hazards of fluoride.
