In the parking lot on the side of the building there is a 2 inch metal rod sticking up. My 60 year old father trip and fell head over feet. He was ok shoulder hurt and hand bleeding. I took a picture of the metal rod showed it to the Manger. All he told me was call a ambulance do want you need to do. No is your father ok offer of first aid kit.
