My friend told me about the store i wanted some toys that i didn't find online when i went there the woman working that day was so rude. Whatever my kids tried even to tell me about a toy she asked them to not even touch it. Even in new store they don't ask you that. First of all i thought that she was scared if someone brake it that I recognized that she was so rude with. That's the first time that someone act lije that with me. I told her that we have to be comfy while shopping not stressed like someone is going to brake her something and when I paid she was murmuring and showing that we where not welcome at this store. With this customer service if there is a number less than zero to rate it i will give it

Sold me a broke Karoke machine and basically was told 'sorry bout your luck'! WARNING TO PARENTS! CHECK, CHECK, INSPECT anything you buy BEFORE leaving the store! Don't depend on that 'inspected by' sticker. Got home and was about to wrap up a karoke machine I purchased for my daughter only to find it seperated and a cracked screen! Manager wasn't at the store but told via phone by an associate that I get no refunds or exchanges! They had another one in the store in plain view but wouldn't exchange it! GREEDY, GRINCHES who care nothing about their customers or quality of products! THANKFULLY my daughter didn't open this on Christmas morning!

What a great lil' store. I visited it for the first time today & couldn't believe the deals I found. The staff was so nice, they even helped me out to the car with my purchases. I will definitely be back. I couldn't get over how organized and professional the store was overall.
