- New Life Fitness Concepts has designed a workout program just for you! It is our Cardio Boot Camp. We use the best resistance equipment that money cannot buy -- your own body weight! The Boot Camp workout is a fast-paced, military style, interval training class that incorporates calisthenics, such as push-ups, jumping jacks, sit-ups, crunches and running in place. Alternating quickly between movements helps to burn calories and fat faster, which produces result. Finally, a guaranteed workout program designed to transform your body even if you have been unsuccessful in the past! The New Life Fitness Concepts offers Boot Camp at two locations. We also offer personal training workout programs. Boot Camp mornings sessions are conducted at 4410 Stamp Rd. Suite 200C Temple Hills, MD 20748 Evening classes are at 14201 School Lane Upper Marlboro, MD 20772
