These guys were awesome. Very polite, professional, and honest on the phone--and the guy they sent to clean my carpets couldn't have been more helpful and competent. I went with this company because of the positive reviews on here and they definetely lived up to their great ratings.

They were more thorough than previous companies that had worked on my carpets. The most important thing to me is that their technicians were professionally trained to do their jobs. This is a big deal to me, because I spent a lot of money on my carpeting and cannot afford to trust amateurs.
