BEWARE!!!
This escrow company operates with an incredibly low standard of care. While we were in escrow with this company their email server got hacked as a result of their low level cyber security protocol & we were duped into sending criminals our down payment resulting in wire fraud. AFTER our money was stolen they performed a firewall update. They do not use encrypted docs nor do they use any type of 2FA. As I type this they are advertising their business using an unsecured website. Not a good look for a business providing a service predicated on trust. Their lack of care, lack of judgement, & lack of investment into basic internet security tools are all reasons not to do business with them.
