Temperance Animal Hospital was established in 1978 as a one doctor practice and has now grown into a full-service hospital. Its staff is comprised of more than 40 support personnel and over 5 veterinarians. The hospital offers X-ray, chemotherapy, ultrasound and in-house blood work services. It provides vaccination, routine wellness examination and preventative care programs. Temperance Animal Hospital offers medication management and surgical care services for ferrets, rabbits and pocket pets. In addition, it provides 24-hour emergency response services. The hospital s surgery suite is equipped to handle soft tissue, dental and orthopedic surgical procedures. Temperance Animal Hospital also performs electric cautery and suction procedures.
