We hired them to install new locks in the home wed just moved into. Danny was experienced, knowledgeable and patient. He took extra time to ensure that we understood all the options available and helped us find the right solution. Once the installation was done, there was also a follow up to make sure that there were no issues. All in all, excellent service. The Tempe community is lucky to have such talented men!

Tempe Locksmith Store is absolutely the best! This is the second time Ive worked with them and I couldnt be happier with the service provided. The first time I hired them was when I had issues with the front door lock. James went above and beyond to ensure that the new lock fit properly. It was quite a feat considering the fact the house was old and the previous lock had been in an extremely poor condition. The suggestions were incredibly insightful and helped me pick the right lock for maximum security. The second time I hired them was in an emergency. I got locked out of my home past midnight and called their number . A technician, Mark I think his name was, got there within 20 minutes and took barely a minute to open the lock. I was ready to replace the entire lock, which would have obviously cost me a lot of money, but Rob figured out a cheaper, more effective alternative and saved me big bucks. Within 20 minutes of calling them theyd sent a technician to my location. Jack removed the broken key from the front door lock quickly and he did it without causing any damage to the lock. He even had this complete workshop in his van out of which he made me an extra set of keys in less than ten minutes. It was a pleasant experience working with Tempe Locksmith Store. PHENOMENAL!!! I just dont think theres another word that befits the description of what Tempe Locksmith Store is all about! Dont know which is better, their services or the low rates at which they offer them.. My daughter ended up locking herself out of our home (for the umpteenth time) only last week. Tempe Locksmith Store was awesome. I called to get a lock rekeyed and they were able to get to my office and do the job within 2 hours....even in the snow! They were very professional and everything was explained and double checked to make sure it was done the right way.

Pretty much the best experience I've had in the city, period. They were friendly and accommodating towards my schedule. Arrived on time, installed my top lock in 20 minutes, barely made a mess, and didn't mind me asking questions about the whole process. $100.00 + Tip = totally worth it.
