Tempe Honda was a positive great experience. Fernando, my Service Consultant, was terrific - professional, personable, knowledgeable, kind, positive, as well as great listener who answered all my questions.
If you have a Honda, Tempe Honda is the best place to go for service; make sure that you ask for Fernando! You will leave smiling for sure.

I never leave online reviews, but this time I just had to. I'm a single mother of 4 kids. I bought a used Honda Odyssey at this dealership in June of 2016 for $12,000.00. The vehicle came with no warranty, but I felt confident getting a reliable car when buying directly from the Honda dealer. Since I bought the car, I already had to take it to the mechanic several times. The air conditioning stopped working just 2-3 months after I bought it and had to get it fixed. In October, all the gauges and dashboard stopped working and the van started to make strange noises. It had to be taken to get fixed again. Beginning of November it started shaking very bad and ended up at the mechanic for almost a week. After it was fixed, it started shaking again and had to be taken to the mechanic a 4th time. Now, it's shaking again and it sounds like something is rubbing against something else when driving on the freeway. We reached out directly to the general manager, but have not received any response. I don't know what to do. I can't afford constantly fixing it. Now I am stuck paying a vehicle for several years that doesn't work properly?

Not the best place to shop!

I felt very awkward and left, I needed prices for several vehicles and they took way too long to help. I figure if u r not there to shop they won't waste their time.

I've never felt so uncomfortable

I would never go back to this dealership. As soon as my cousin and I walked in we felt uncomfortable. I tried to get a used car and they told me my credit was so bad they would have to give me a 20 percent interest rate and my car payment would be 300 for an 8000 dollar car. My credit score isnt that bad and when I figured it out later on a payment calculater it only ended up being a little under 200 a month. They didnt even try to work with me and Ive never had that experience. Ive never had trouble getting a car and i've always had the salesmen do anything to make it work.
