I just moved out of my apartment and needed carpets cleaned. I actually had a another company scheduled and they never showed up so I was scrambling for a company to do the same day service and lucky I found steam king they got me in the same day and there prices are amazing there service was spectacular definitely well use them again.....

Worst company ever, please DO NOT use them. Over priced thieves. I was charged 142.42 for livingroom and 9 steps. Mind you special was "9.95 per room." Worst part is they don't even move couches or any furniture. Run and go with an honest company. Steps were $3/step which is fine, they weren't even bad but wanted stain in one step to be removed (still there, shoker), stains still all over livingroom, carpet isn't as dry as they make you believe they will leave it, left it extremely wet. And don't waist your time calling them back to complain, they are not customer friendly and can care less about customers satisfaction. And while posting review just noticed they charged for 9 steps when they cleaned 8

Phil came out and cleaned my dryer vent and he did such a great job. He was a true gentleman and very professional. I was skeptical, but I feel really good about the company. I highly suggest this company and recommend you ask for Phil !

My go to duct cleaning company! Found this company about a year ago and never been happier today was the 2 time I got my airducts and dryer vent cleaned by steam king and I’m never using another company again!!!

me and my wife just bought our first home recently, but unfortunately the previous owners did not care for the home much and we were informed the air ducts hadn’t been cleaned in over 7 years! Yikes! my Daughter has severe asthma and occasional allergies so we needed to get this done ASAP. I searched online for air duct cleaning and I found steam King! At first I was a little hesitant to use a new company but The young lady who booked my appointment was very helpful and Explained the coupon to me which was the 8 and 1 for 99$ (Best price I found) She then went to tell me she could have someone out today! So I took the risk!! The technician Phill was great! Very experienced and professional! They did such an amazing job on my air ducts I also went ahead and got our dryer vent cleaned! I’m very happy I found this company!

So I decided to give them a shot and I’m glad I did! I had a nice technician named Phil and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. The results after the cleaning are like night and day! I was hesitant to call after seeing some of these reviews, but I was in a time crunch and couldn’t find any other open appointments for same day service. I’m glad I did. Although the tech did attempt to get me to do full service on the carpets, he was extremely accommodating to what me and my wife budgeted for. He even made a call to get us a military discount. The wife is thrilled with the carpets and I’m thrilled she’s thrilled haha. Give them a shot and they won’t let you done. Just don’t expect to get your house of carpet cleaned for 50$

Had them out today. They did a great job on our dryer vent and for an even better price! (70$). Very pleased. Even had my wife call and book having the carpets done next week! Request Joel!

I don't really have words for this company!!! worst experience of my life! I should have read the other reviews. The first tech that came to our house was nice. He did try to charge fees that we did not know about but he took them off when I asked. He said he could as clean my couch for $5 a cushion. When he was done the couch still had the same stains. He said they were just never going to come out. I ran them in the washer when he left and the stains came right out first try. He also said he would be able to get the smell from one of my potty training twins that had an accident on the floor out no prob! The day after the smell was still there so I called back and they said they would have a supervisor call me about the couch and send someone out to redo the carpets. I never got a call and when the day came for the redo the guy comes in and says that the smell is no really that noticeable to him and that if he redos the carpet it will just pull the smell out more. as I was walking him out I went to tell him about the couch he stops we and yells out my front door to the guy at the car and says... Why are you pulling all the equipment out I told you we were not doing this one!!! This tells me he had no intention of ever redoing the carpet.I told him I never got a call about the couch and he was rude and said what was I expecting and that I paid for his effort. Then he turns looks at my rug and says fine I will just wash your area rug will that make you happy.. Then we will be even. After he let I called and asked to speak to the supervisor. That went about how the rest of the story went. I was not even able to get out this whole story to him because it seemed from the start he was only there to defend these actions. I am not good at confrontation and at one point started to get upset and he is so insensitive that he pipes in and says I mean come on we are only talking about a carpet cleaning here lady.

Good Company and was very satisfied with the service. Arrived on time and the technician was very polite

We had them clean a house we were moving out of. There was a large oil stain by the front door on the carpet. Mike G. was the technician that came out. He did a spot test in the worst part and got the carpet to back to sand color again. Amazing job will definitely ask for Mike G. again.

Not very happy with their tricky rates. I received a coupon that offered 5 rooms steam cleaned and deodorize for $34.75 . When their people arrived they wanted to charge me over $200.00.I wrote out the check for the amount thats when they told me they don'T take checks credit card or cash only

Do not! I repeat do not go through this company. We had our carpets "cleaned" by them. What a nightmare. Rescheduled on us right away. The guy who came back to do them had only been doing it a couple months. For doing 3 rooms it sure didn't take him long to get them done. I have never seen carpets done with a brush to get the solutions in. They had to come back a second time to do one room again. When the room dried we notice a bunch of black spot all over our carpet. My wife used our carpet cleaner and it was unreal how much it pulled out considering they were just done. Save yourself money go through a reputable company. There $10 a room costed us $180 for 3 rooms and was done poorly.

Company called serveral times to schedule delivery of area rug. No wonder within days they called for delivery because the service was crappy. The person calling failed to say the initial reason our carpet was submitted for service was not obtained. Instead they sent a poor delivery person who claimed he had no knowledge of the cleaning process. Shame on Steam King Inc for setting this employee up to deal with a dissatisfied customer. Please do not use this company or you will be sorry. Now we have a new pucker in the middle if our area rug!
