Went for the first time (Friday) and worst experience. Met up as a group for a friend's birthday. First, there was no convenient parking. Parked in the Chase building garage, top floor. Took elevator down, after trying to find one, and walking from across the other end of the roof top space I was parked in. Next, walked all the way down to Mill & University, on the corner, where PF Changs can be found. We were told about an hour wait, due to lunch rush. WHAT? I think they noticed we were not happy at all and they called us for our table after about 20 min. After being seated, someone came by and said that our waitress was busy and she would take our drink order. WHAT? It just took forever. The food was ok, not spectacular. But our waitress just couldn't keep our drinks full. When it was time to pay, she did quickly get our bill and then get our change. WHAT? Although it is all about business, but c'mon, do you have to make it evident you only cared about our money? Would not go again.
I was very pleased with the food and service at this PF Changs! Wish I could remember the name of our waiter so we could ask for him again next time! Only problem I had was parking. Wish they'd warned us about this before we got there as we were late for our reservation time. Nonetheless, they kept our table for us, and we enjoyed everything!
My husband & I went to PF Chang's and ordered the food. We got food posion..!! How horrible.. I report Maricopa county and they found all food are not safe. Their kitchen are dirty. DO NOT GO ANY PF CHANG'S..!!!
The food there was fantastic! There's a little something for everyone. I am a vegetarian and I was very happy with their vegetarian options. I would recommend the lettuce wraps and the Great=Wall cake (it's huge so don't be afraid to share!). The service was also pretty great as well. Expect it to be a little price but well worth ir.
I like this resturant because it is centrally located and always provides excellent service. The food is great. Can be a little pricey for people on a budget.
