I'm a one man shop, you call and I answer! I do it all; meetings, design, construction documents, city process. One thing, I suggest you call me before you lease or buy a property. I will always meet with you on site no charge. That way you can tell me you ideas, and I can visualize them at that time. And I may have some ideas that will save you money! I do ground-up and tenant improvements. I usually do commercial work but also historic, multi-family (one in construction now) and about one single family residence per year.
