My experience was awesome . Jessica who checked me in was very professional & also very thoughtful & went up and above & beyond to make sure my visit for a MRI was great. Michelle, the person who performed my MRI ,was so amazing! The facility was very modern & clean. I would rate them one of the best experiences I have had in Imaging!!

The overall ultrasound process was OK. My only critique is the attendant who conducted my ultrasound procedure. I believe her name is Pam or Pat. Too rough and lacking courtesy in informing me of how she will be pressing on my abdomen. She did not warn or give me a heads up that she will start pushing on my abdomen to where I was gasping for air because she just pushed like there was no tomorrow.
