      You are WARNED! Do not lease a property from this company. After your move out you will not get a walk through inspection until AFTER you have moved out and then you will not get a penny of your deposit back. We lost every penny of our deposit! We took detailed dated photos when we moved out showing a very clean home and faith real estate refuses to return our calls/emails. When we do get a hold of the broker Joan Faith she hangs up on us NO JOKE. We are filing a complaint with the state of AZ and are taking further legal action to get our deposit returned to us. I hope this doesn't have to happen to anybody else and I will continue to do everything in my (and my attorney's) power to make the public aware of this company's actions.
