Desert King Windows

I was lied to and cheated by these people. My windows took way too long to get installed. Once they did the installers were late, messy and seemed like they never had installed a window before (working on my white carpet and had no plastic down!) At first rain they all but one leaked. Multiple calls to the office have resulted in nothing. It seems like they have maybe one employee working since the same person answers the phone every time you call if they even answer. Every time they say they'll call you back they don't. The owner is a complete jerk and doesn't not care at all about how he talks to customers once he gets your money. Stear clear of Desert King!!! They will botch your house if you let them. Not to mention I was overpriced. My neighbor has the same layout and used a different window company spending 30% less than me with no problems, something is wrong with these people.. I guess you don't always get what you pay for.
