We saw a sign advertising flu shots, so we went in to get them. Service was okay then, but then our troubles started with the bills. It turns out that insurance companies don't want to pay for flu shots at an Urgent Care facility. We got bills in the mail near $500. I asked what the walk-in price was for flu shots and they told us $25. I asked why we couldn't pay that much and they said "because you have insurance". They also billed my insurance for an office visit that NEVER happened that day. When I brought this up they started scrambling to keep that money. Eventually they told us we could pay the $25 per-person that walk-ins paid (I get free vaccines at my Dr's office or Walgreen's) and told us we were square. I just got another bill from them in the mail a year later. Avoid at all costs. We will from now on.
