Arizona Auto Glass Direct

Called and the phone was answered promptly and courteously by Gilbert. He took the information, gave me a price, and scheduled a time. I was told it could be 1.5 - 2 Hours for the tint work. They called me shortly there after and let me know someone cancelled and that I could get in ASAP. We drove the car over, and they got to work. They were friendly and did not try to pressure me into any up sales -- though options were given. We got everything settled, and went to lunch. Came back and waited another 1.5 hours (total 2 hours) for the car, and it was perfect. Nice, friendly staff -- excellent service. They were fair price-wise; and while I know I could have saved $10-15 by going somewhere else; I am glad I did not. Their service and quality work is worth the small difference.

Auto Glass Direct came out to my place of business today and did a great job ! I believe the technicians name was louie . He represented his company well very knowledgeable of his work and went over everything I should do after the installation such as not rolling down the windows for 24hrs etc .. Stuff I did not now and was glad I was informed . I have had other glass changed in the past from other companies but never went over anything with me . Auto Glass Direct has now earned my business and will now stick with them . They are also tinting my wifes vehicle next week . Thanks Guys you got a great crew ..
