Very prompt and professional!

I recently bought my home and one day after taking a shower in the upstairs bathroom I went into my downstair bedroom and noticed some water dripping from the ceiling. I called my home warranty company and they sent out two really shady guys. The warranty guys were clueless and really not helpful at all - basically they told me that it's probably not the drain and that is all they would cover. I was about to throw them out when they recommended Adams D&R.

Two guys from Adams showed up like 20 minutes later and compared to the home warranty guys they were a breath of fresh air. The Adams guys were well-dressed and professional, they used some high-tech gear to look through the walls and see where the water was leaking. They wrote up a professional quote and laid out everything for me and they even contacted my insurance company to help me submit a claim.

In the end, my insurance company denied my claim so I didn't have any work done, but my shower is still broken - fortunately, I have two other bathrooms! ;)

I'm low on funds because of a recent home purchase, but when I have the funds...I'll call Adams to get the work done because I feel confident that they would get the job done *right* and *fast* and when you have water damage you want the repairs done correctly or you'll just end up in the same situation again.

The first floor of our home flooded and I called Adams Disaster & Restoration. Shane and his crew came immediately!!! They dried the first floor for 72 hours and sanitized every nook and cranie.

These guys did an awesome job of removing any trace of mold!!
First they sealed off the area well!
Next they ran dehumidifiers and air scrubbers to clean the air of mold. Then came the hard part - wherever walls got wet, they removed the drywall 2 feet up (on both sides), then scrubbed the 2x4s clean. They scrubbed the floor so clean, it looked like a different color. Jermy practically insisted that I have a couple of people come out and confirm there was no bacteria/mold left behind - so we had someone come out and swab the floor to look for bacteria, and another guy do air samples to look for mold, and both came back clear. They really seem to have their clients best interest in mind. I was shocked by their attentiveness and sensitivity to my situation.

On top of how awesome they did. Shane was so helpful throughout the entire process. He explained the importance of doing it the right way and not making any short cuts. He worked with my insurance agent and made sure I got everything I was entitled too! It was like we had a lawyer on our side fighting for us!! They also did not make me pay a cent more then the insurance gave us!!!!

I was struggling to find a professional and responsive company until I contacted Adams Restoration.

Shane was exceptional as he walked me through the exact process and I could always get him on phone, which is surprising because he is the owner.... Very Responsive!!!!!

The Crew did an amazing job of setting up containment only where it is needed and they were very empathetic towards any inconvenience that may have been caused. In fact, they went out of their way to ensure that we have a working kitchen before the weekend because we have 5 kids.

It is without any hesitancy that I recommend these guys to family, friends and others who ask.

We had just bought our first home. As new home owners we were devastated when we came home to our master bathroom flooded from a leak copper pipe. We contacted the previous owner as well as the realtor and they were no help. So we called a plumber who had good reviews. They told us they were unable to do anything and we had to call a restoration company. We didn't even know where to begin so they referred Adams Restoration. Shane was there within the hour and was a great help. He helped us file our insurance claim. They put our bathroom back to new and even put everything back in the place we had it originally! It was like nothing ever happened! They kept us updated everyday with progress. Thanks Adams!

First I want to warn you that this company has questionable ethics. I wish I had seen the reviews on Yelp before, but given the situation, I needed to get the sewage issue resolved quickly for my tenants.

We had an ejector pump back up in one of my rentals. Adams Restoration was recommended by a plumber (Big G Plumbing) and very promptly came to the house. At first they gave an estimate of $5000.00 to clean up the sewage overflow in a closet and adjoining bathroom. When I pointed out that it seemed high, they told me not to worry and just file a claim with my insurance company. After I told them my deductible was $5000.00, the estimate suddenly went down 50%. After they completed their work, they returned twice to correct some of the issues that I pointed out. This included, visible seams in the drywall, cracked tiles, paint from the floor molding on the drywall, gaps between the floor molding and the drywall etc... I am not a stickler for work and have been reasonable and patient with this company. Originally they wanted $2500.00 upfront for the work, but I gave them a partial deposit. They now want the remaining amount since they consider the work completed, but I recommend they cut their losses before I decide to take legal action and report them to the

Note Big G plumbing does great work. Greg agreed that the work was poorly done and will not be recommending this company in the future. Greg from Big G does good work! Adams Restoration not only tries to overcharge your insurance company, their work and service is very unprofessional.

I used Adams restoration company to upgrade my electrical. They installed 12 can lights in the garage. I only had the light from the garage door so it was very dull. I can’t say enough about them. Sean and Justin showed up, they got the job done, and they where on time. Very professional people, they went above and beyond the call of duty. I will be using this company again in the future. I will be referring all my friends and family to this company.

A supply line in my kitchen broke and I had called a plumber I found online, I told him the situation and he notified me that he couldn't get to my house right away because he was on his way to another call, but said I needed to call Adams, a restoration company, due to the severity of water damage that I had explained to him over the phone. Tucker showed up 30 minutes after I got off the phone with their office, he was able to start right away and even had created access for the plumber, making his job easier and the timing faster. He got me covered by my insurance over the phone and within 2 weeks my kitchen looked amazing and was up in running again. I had never used the plumber of Adams before, but I am glad that it worked out the way it did, everything was easy and fell right in place.
