Very friendly, courteous, and speedy service!

I'm actually blown away at how bad of service I have had here. This is my second visit to this place and the dentist was an hour late to work and to my appointment both times. The front office manager was rude and was talking down to one of the receptionists about her schedule and personal life right in front of the waiting patients. Awkward. When the dentist finally showed up, I had already been upside in the chair for an hour with the blood rushing to my head. Then he was sharing his time with me and other patients which made my appointment last a painful 3 1/2 hours upside down. At the end of my appointment the assistant was still working on my mouth while another assistant kept poking her head in and saying she needed the room. So she was rushed to complete the work. No doubt I'm back here with my mouth hurting due to the crappy work done the first time. I believe the dentists know what they are doing but the way they go about things here may be a reason to go somewhere else.

The people in this office are so nice and helpful. The doctors are great, both the children's dentist and the general dentist. The staff always explains to me what the prices are for the treatment the doctor recommends. I would advise any of my family and friends to come to this office, they are always professional and take care of the needs of myself and family.

Wow! I actually work in another dental office but Dr. Leoni accepts my insurance so I thought I'd give him a go after being given a referral by a friend. I have to tell you, I have never seen a better crown prep! His hand skills are awesome and I should know. I am a registered dental assistant who has worked along side many dentists. Quality definitely makes a difference and the typical patient has really no idea if the job is being done right or that quality takes time! If you're getting drive thru dentistry and think that's a good thing, think again. Dr. Leoni will not cement if the lab does not make it right (this is common with labs), and this is doing the patient a huge favor in the long run. Dr. Leoni's extra training shows.

Not only is he a true quality dentist, the Dr. and staff are all so friendly. They just want to do great dentistry and treat the patient right! This experience stands out for me! I definitely will refer my family and friends here. There is a high quality dentist right here in Temecula!
