Requested and paied for a room on key access 9 or 10th floor, with spa, robes and view of the valley. Apperantly guests decided to extend their stay, which caused us to get a room on the third floor. (I never in my life stayed in the same room I was currently in for making a last min extended stay decision at a hotel.) The room they gave us did not have a spa, or robes as well as a view and key access to our floor. They said the only thing they will do for us is give us a $40.00 voucher to the hotel. I would have never requested this room online if I knew this is what my wife and I would get. I just wanted peace, privacy, spa, robes, and a view. Did not get any of those things. Just a $40.00 voucher. Would never ever go here again. Highly recommend you skip this place.

The rooms were rather small for the price and I had to pay extra to have a refrigerator in my room. I just thought they charged too much for what you get.

The steaks at this restaurant are fantastic! Actually, their entire menu is great. Nice atmosphere, good service too. It is a bit pricey, but well worth it!

The slots are tight go to pala,but the food is of high quality
