Ordered two recliners. Was told 6-8 wks for delivery... It's been 12 weeks and they're still not here. Had to cancel the order. What a big pain in the neck. I can't comment on the quality because I never saw them.

The wrong couch was delivered -- it didn't match the loveseat they delivered. I called customer service. They told me an "Inspector" had to come out and see the coach. The "Inspector" couldn't come out for almost 2 weeks and only during the week, when I worked. I called Chuck, the Store Manager at Temecula and told him I can't wait that long and wanted to return the couch. He told me that I would be charged 30%, delivery and one other fee to return the coach. I was counting on Lazy Boy to come through and they have been a HUGE disappointment. They do not have the same customer service they used to have. Lazy Boy made the mistake and now I can't return without a HUGE fee and need to wait for an "Inspector" to come out on Lazy Boys time. The store is 5 minutes from my house and I was told the manager can't come out and inspect my furniture and I have to wait almost 2 weeks. Lazy Boy is not buy and they could have atleast done this for me to get the process started. I would not recommend any Lazy Boy or the Temecula Lazy Boy.
