Judy Richardson helped us with the payment for some property. She confirmed with us that the cost for wiring ($120) will be reimbursed because it is the only form of payment they accept. We waited one week for the reimbursement, but upon contacting Judy, she told us to just fax over the receipts. A week later, we contacted Judy again and were told they do not accept faxes, and to mail the receipts. Another week, and she then confirmed that they will not reimburse us for wire transfer. After speaking with the manager, she told us it is not their policy to reimburse for the cost of the wire transfers, however she would speak to Judy about it.



We are not worried about the money. We are upset about, being mislead, and having our time wasted. What is going on? Why is Judy promising things clearly against company policy, only to receive a slap on the wrist, if even that.



Please be careful if you decide to work with this company, because clearly they will over promise and under deliver.

This company has helped agents throughout Riverside and San Diego County with many of their short sale transactions (processing and paperwork) and escrow files (which include short sale transactions, resale, business sales, refi, mobile homes, 1031 exchanges and commercial transactions). They have an excellent staff, with Anne Bishop, as their manager. The team is always professional and courteous.

If you are in the market for a home and see this escrow company show up on your contract, run for the hills! They are extremely unethical and unprofessional. Not only does one of their officers also do negotiations for her realtors (conflict of interest anyone?), but than she charges the buyers her fees for it! They charged us over $700 more than what they quoted they would charge when I called and asked, but than Anne Bishop proceeded to yell and scream and actually hang up on us when she was asked to breakdown her fees. It is a complete joke, and these people are in violation of so many codes it is not even funny!

I will never use this escrow company again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
