I found Bits,Bytes, & Nibbles' staff to be knowledgeable and friendly, too. More to the point, the staff has integrity. No pressure, just the facts, and you make the choice. I think highly of them and will use them again when needed.

I went there and the staff were VERY friendly and definately knew what they were doing. They not only gave me a FREE diagnosis while I waited BUT then the technician gave me an exact price for the repair. The next day when the computer was fixed they didn't try to charge me more. I would definately suggest everyone use their services. I've been to alot of computer stores and NEVER received this kind of service! A+ for Bits Bytes and Nibbles.
