I bought a men's wedding band from Alexander Jewlers and was very happy with my purchase. After wearing the "scratch resistant" ring for only a few weeks it looked terrible and was prone to scratches. When I returned to get an exchange or a refund, they would not refund me any money, and to get a new ring exchanged under thier warranty would cost me almost $100 in shipping. I broke down and paid the shipping and the new ring I recieved was the wrong size. I didn't want to deal with them any more so I sold it on my own. I recommend buying a ring from an established national chain jewler that will honor a warranty at no cost or a refund.

I was kind sad and discouraged, then I went to Alexander Jewelers! What honest, kind, friendly folks! They gave me $660.00 and we made a deal on the spot! I went to their shop on last Friday with my wife and little girl. My wife wanted to buy a diamond ring. I must tell you they have very good collection of jeweleries and watches. They even repaired our wedding ring as it was damaged for some reasons.
