General Info

The Boulevard Market opened in 2004 by John and Erika Aylward. We continue to be family owned and operated. The Boulevard Market focuses on artisan cheeses and specialty foods from around the globe. We carry an eclectic selection of wines and an array of import and craft brewed beers. The Market hosts cooking classes, Fresh Mozzarella cheese making classes and educational cheese tasting events every month. Four Corners Creamery opened in 2006 by John Aylward, cheese maker, and is located within The Boulevard Market. Four Corners Creamery creates farm specific, artisan cheeses using local milk, hand delivered to the creamery. John handcrafts each cheese using traditional french methods. Four Corners creates several different types of cheeses and produces about 200 pounds each week. Our mission... using the best raw products our agriculturally rich area has to offer with an international flair and personal style to each business. The Boulevard Market and Four Corners Creamery contain all the panache of a large city with mid-western values of family and respect of the land and history of the area. A feast for the eyes and the palate!

Wonderful selection of gourmet food items and wines, with an emphasis on unusual cheeses. The owner is knowledgeable about what she carries, and you can sample the cheeses before you buy--always a good idea with something that can be pricey. Great fresh breads and interesting crackers to go with the cheeses, as well as condiments, herbs and spices in bulk (MUCH more economical than buying bottled), sweet treats and much more. You can sign up for their online newsletter, which is well worth doing.
