1-31-2017 Got my oil changed in a 2003 VW Jetta. Called to be sure they had a filter. Was told yes. Half way thru change was told they didn't. Have to get one. Time wasted. Got home and went to wash my hands to find they are black. The leather wrapped steering wheel, shifter, emergency brake and door handle have motor oil all over them. (They are black so I didn't notice.) I cleaned everything as best as I could. Had they been gray they would have been replaced. Gets better. Left for work the next morning to find a very large pool of oil on my white cement drive way. I haven't called the store as of yet due to they aren't open yet. Not happy!!!!!
