Great tires,personal care,all employees are helpful and friendly . Like the air checks. Like free tire rotation. Also like that you get Corporate emails telling you it is time for rotation and other items I tend to forget.

I was delighted by how fast I was in and out and felt confident they did an excellent job evaluating and filling my tires which turned out to be just low on air.

I went to your store to purchase a tyre and was informed I had to purchase 4.since when has the customer been wrong? The sales person needs to brush up on his sales pitch. I went across the road to firestone and got what I wanted there. Also, when I was passing 30 mins later all the bays in discount where empty and firestone had a line waiting to be served. Neither myself nor my friends and family will ever deal with Discount tires again. Hector needs retrained. Greed is not good.
