Great people to deal with. Our daughter was visiting from Atlanta with four children. Minivan was making strange noises. She was concerned about the trip home. We drove it over to Certified first thing in the morning of the day she was planning to go home. We had no appointment. They were kind enough to fit it into their busy schedule to look at it. They determined that it wasn't a safety issue. They also emailed the diagnosis to our daughter so she could give to her mechanic in Atlanta. For this service they charged her nothing !. That's only one of the reasons we go to Certified for all our auto repairs and why our daughter and family will definitely use them when they move here from Atlanta next month.
