Terrible! I ordered an 'exquisite' flower arrangement in a keepsake vase from FTD. This florist delivered a wilted half done arrangement that did not contain the level or quantity of flowers ordered in a cheap throw away small vase. Gold spray painted leaves! And this was for my wife's 20th wedding anniversary. On top of it I had to call FTD since it was 4:30 and no word. The florist told them 'we were meaning to call and let you know we didn't have the flowers' . This place should be black listed by all vendors! Ian demanding a full refund and that this place is never used again.

Stay far away!!!!! If you want pics of a $55 fruit and "cheese" basket, hit me up! HEB generic cheese whiz, some fruit a bag of peanuts, and peanut butter crackers! I was mortified to havooe given this as a gift. On, and the basket.....an old dollar store left over easter egg basket with the handle torn off and paint peeling and coming unwoven in some places!I suppose these people think you won't ever see what was sent. I am appalled! I wish I could post pics here. I also wish I didn't have to post 1 star, but u have to in order to submit your post.

I visited Sunflower Shop to see their selection for a funeral. The staff was very friendly. I decided to order something I had seen on their website. They didn't have it in stock, but they said they could get it that same afternoon. I was very pleased with their friendly service. Three days later I saw the plant that had been delivered, and I was astounded that it was NOT what I had ordered. I had requested a basket that had 5 different plants beautifully arranged. Instead, a single plant had been delivered. I immediately emailed the store (on a Sunday) and informed them of the error and my extreme dissatisfaction. I didn't receive any kind of response. The absolute minimum should have been an apology, but that obviously was not forthcoming. I will not be using this shop again. Their lack of business professionalism is unacceptable.
