Today I went into this store and as I was checking out the cashier who was very polite and professional assisted me. She's seen me several times before as I am the Metro store manager RIGHT next door. I asked her if I still received my plans discount and before she could answer the female owner yelled out from the out completely cutting off the cashier saying "Do you work in the plaza?" I said "Yes, I work right next store at Metro, I'm the manager. I unzipped my sweater to prove I worked in the plaza and the owner rudely responded "Well, how would I know if you did?" I said "You asked and I was showing you and I told you. I've been here several times before." She kept going on about how she was supposed to know as she walked to the back. I was completely disgusted in her conduct with her customers as the owner. The cashier was so sweet and polite and educated me on their policies for the future in a professional manner. The male owner is polite and welcoming, but I wouldn't go back nor would I recommend this place while the female owner is working. She put a very bad taste in my mouth and I will be sharing this experience as I have a decent influence in the community as a Pastor.
