As an out-of-town client of MI Custom Signs, I was very pleased with the high quality of both the product and the communication it took to convey my ideas. They provided me with a banner that exceeded my expectations in every way. Definitely recommended for any of your signage needs!
I had a much similar experience as goodluck3. I had a quote for much less than what they billed me for later, and when I argued against paying the excess money, they threatened to get a court order to remove my signs. I reluctantly paid the amount because I cannot afford court costs and I cannot afford another service, but I just want everyone to know that THIS IS A BAD COMPANY THAT WILL SCREW YOU! Find someone else before it's too late!
First question I asked was if they do business in Belleville or Van Buren Township and they said YES. Jac. came right out and gave me a quote of 550.00 to reface & install my signs also said it could be done same week. I gave a 250.00 deposit. 4 days later I get a call saying my signs were done & ready to install BUT he forgot all about permit costs !! Now they need 150.00 more. I am not happy but agree to pay that amount in addtion to the 550.00. They send a NEW guy ( so they say ) to pull the permit and actually tell me that the city charged them less than they estimated ( 80.00 ) so that was all they were charging me for ( Great Right ? ) NOT ! They install my signs & 4 days later call me & tell me the city called them because the permits are ready to be picked up & that they THOUGHT they were already picked up. Now they need 200.00 more dollars because they installed the signs with NO PERMITS ! I go to the city & they say the company only paid them 40.00 for the application fee. Now they refuse to pay the city & say we owe them $. What a joke this company is. Look elsewhere for your sign unless you want problems.
When Jacques told me he'd have a quote on my sign, I had it. He promised install by the end of the week and it was done. Nice work, my signs are gorgeous.
