Completely horrible experience. Not once not twice but THREE times. Something has to be done. Last straw is finding little black hairs in my dang Cole slaw. I have had it and will be calling corporate about this franchise.

One car in front of us,waited 40 minutes still didn't move,we left this is the second time in a row this has happened. Way to go lost a family ordering from you again.

Service is good, restaurant is very clean and the new CiabattaJack sandwich is awesome
