This is the worse experience I have ever had walking into this establishment that my contractor sent me to purchase a Humidifier. My Heating and Cooling contractor was at my home working when I arrived here. I walked in and their was 4 workers behind the desk. I walked in and said "Hi how are you all doing today?" I got no response from anyone and they seemed upset that I was even there. They told me they cannot sell to me since I am not a Licensed contractor and I replied that my contractor who has been coming here for years sent me and that he will call them and speak to them so I can purchase what he wanted. They are extremely rude, disrespectful, and have no idea on customer service. I WILL NEVER WALK INTO THIS PLACE AGAIN AND LET MY CONTRACTOR KNOW HOW HORRIBLE OF A EXPERIENCE IT WAS. They even had the nerve to tell me go to Home Depot and kicked me out of their store. I will file a complaint and make sure they don't get away with treating customers so poorly. a BUNCH of losers with no class or respect.
