I will never return to the business again. I bought a Ranch truck cap from a dealer in WV over a year ago and it did not come with a front window. I stopped at Truck Tops & More to see about a window. He said he could order one from Ranch for me. I asked at that time if it came with the installation hardware and a template so I could install it. He said it did not come with a template but the hardware was included. I had planned on installing it myself but for fun I asked what he would charge to install it for me. He told me 50 bucks. I told him I would decide when it came in. He finally called to say it was in a week after he said and I told him I would have him install it for the 50 bucks.
