I was very disappointed with this funeral home. They were unorganized, unattentive and not personable. This was my familys first experience with planing the Funeral process and they did not guide us through this process. not only did they not guide us and tell us what to expect and what the process was but at the last minute brought up additional cost such as limo service to the church and said the agreed upon hours were shorter then when we original talked. They printed the incorrect prayer on the memorial cards. When we arrived at the church, the Funeral coordinator did not instruct people where to park and when to get out of their cars and head into the church (I ended up going car to car down the street in the cold telling everyone). The services actually even started before most of the immediate family settled into their seats in the church. I will definetly never use this funeral home in the future and will recommend everyone I know to never use them as well.
