I believe Dorsey plumbing provide inferior work, inability to diagnose and resolve issues. The customer service is poor and unfortunately results in animated, angry conversations where a lack of respect is shown to the consumer.



They sent out a gas contractor to repair in oil fired heating system. A simple diagnosis was missed, people were left in the cold.



Their workmanship did not last four hours before failing. Upon a second return additional monies were billed. If you are looking to be overcharged via inability to diagnose issues this company will provide you the best of experiences.



On a positive note they are readily accessible, Quick to Bill, and try their best.

I would highly recommend Jim Dorsey and Sons! They installed a Mitsubishi Air Conditioning System in my home, and they were polite, professional, respectful, very clean with my home and yard. Highly recommend this company, I called about a water leak in my basement. It was before the water meter & they advised me over the phone that the water company would take care of it for free. They could have charged me for a visit to tell me the same thing or fixed the simple problem themselves but their honesty won them a customer for any future need I have and my recommendation to friends & family.
