I've met very few professional and pleasant Associates here. However, after my last bad experience here, I am not in favor of this company overall. One of the things I can't stand in life is receiving bad rude customer service from companies.

I've been a customer here for years. I'm always polite and pleasant to the associates here. Several days ago I was waiting at the counter with no one around. I turned and saw one of the female associates standing there looking at me and she told me another female was at the register. There was no one at the register so I looked back at her and she said she is behind the registers and giggled like she was laughing at me!

I walked over to the register and saw the second woman behind the register bending down. I said to her "I am ready to be rung up." She stared at me with a mean look, rolled her eyes, and sighed and went to the register! I had bars that were on sale and they din't ring up on sale even though I used my card. She was unpleasant and had a rude vibe to her (just like always) and I said; "You know what? It's okay, I won't pay for the bars." Because they did not show as on sale and because I was turned off by her attitude. She then stared at me, rolled her eyes, and sighed again! I left. I called the manager letting him know what happened to me and I am writing this review.
