We provided each child in the village with their OWN toothbrush. Toothpaste and a year supple of both. SO that they CAN BE changed OUT every 6 months (dentist recommend changing your toothbrush every 6 months this should NOT BE a luxury for only US Let’s GET everyone on board to have the ability to change their brush. TOO!). If YOU would like to learn more about this Kenyan experience. Please DO NOT hesitate to send US an email. We are always thrilled to talk about this experience with others! we encourage YOU to check OUT OUR WEBSITE and SEE the pictures from the children and groups that we taught and started programs with. Just think of the look YOU GET on your face when YOU open a present on Christmas DAY; That’s exactly the look these families GET on their face whenever they are able to given basic dental supplies throughout the year. They appreciate everything we are able to DO for them and I would love for YOU to GET that same feeling of gratitude that I. Myself GET. Smiles of the World, Inc. is working on a global level. We have programs that have started here in the Florida as well as in Kenya, Africa. The president of the SOTW, Anthony Lilienthal, recently took a month and a half mission trip to the remote area of Bondo, Kenya to work in the local hospitals to help the families by providing free healthcare and by implementing programs that teach the basic hygiene needs.
